Mog’s Christmas Calamity is the 2015 advert from the UK-based supermarket chain Sainsburys. It is based around the popular fictional cat Mog, created by the children’s author Judith Kerr. With Christmas carefully planned in the Thomas household, Mog sets off a chain of events which lead to catastrophe.
As it’s quite fiddly, this would be a visual arts lesson suitable for older pupils. It requires lots of folding, measuring and cutting skills – however, the end result would adorn any seasonal classroom.
Definitely one for older pupils, but this would make a great visual arts lesson – creating a cool Christmas Tree using only one sheet of green A4 card.
This Sock Snowman would be a lovely visual arts lesson to do in the weeks leading up to Christmas or at any time during the winter months. It looks pretty straightforward, but then again …..!!
